The Checkpoint
During the Central American war of the 1970’s, cities are bombed, homes are destroyed and families have no choice but to evacuate in search of new places to live. The dictatorship won't allow citizens to move from the country and border-crossing has become increasingly dangerous. A father and son are on a long drive away from their war-torn city. They dream of starting a new life somewhere safe but first they must cross a checkpoint where they encounter one final obstacle that could bring those dreams to a screeching halt.
Responsible for character, asset and environment modeling, rigs, texturing, lighting and renders.
